DIVORCE ACTION

AN UNDEFENDED CASE Before his Honour Mr. Justice Herdman this morning, Elsie Lillian Nealie (Mr. Allan Moody) petitioned, on the grounds of separation, for a dissolution of her marriage with Ernest Nealie. Petitioner stated that she was married in 1917 and had two children. The petition was undefended. A decree nisi to be made absolute was granted, petitioner to have the custody of the children.
