NEW ZEALAND TRADE FIGURES POSITION IMPROVING Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. The overseas trade figures compiled by the Customs Department show that the exports for the four months ended April 30. 1927, amounted to £21,753,786 as compared with £21,418,035 for the same period last year. The exports for the month of April were £5,082,753, a decrease of £71,012. The imports for the similar four months of 1927 were £14,814,766, compared with £17,542.868 last year. The imports for the month of April were £2,818,557, a decrease of £1,031,209.
