Motor Fatality. —At the inquest on Frank McCarten, the elderly man who died from injuries through being knocked down by a car in Gladstone Road, Gisborne, evidence was given that the car was driven by Ainslie Dunstone, and was not travelling more than 10 miles an hour. The night was wet. The coroner held that there was no evidence of carelessness or negligence on the part o i the driver.
