SERVICES TO Y.M.C.A.

MR. STEWART’S RETIREMENT A pleasant function took place at the Young Mien’s Christian Association building, when the directors entertained Mr. R. L. Stewart, who has retired from the board of the Auckland branch. The president, Mir. W. J. Holdsworth, on behalf of the directors, presented Mr. Stewart with a minute of appreciation and a life membership ticket. Mr. Stewart was president of the Y.M.C.A. in 1914 and vice-president in 1913 and 1915. He has always evinced a keen interest in the welfare of the men and boys of the city.
