AN OLD RESIDENT

MRS. ANN GOLDSWORTHY (From Our Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, To-day. There passed away on Sunday at the residence of her daughter (Mrs. J. Crookes, of Onehunga), an old identity of the Mauku and Pukekolie districts, in the person of Mrs. Sarah Ann Goldsworthy, at the age of 81 years. Together with her husband, the Mr. William Goldsworthy, the deceased settled in Mauku over 40 years ago. Some; 15 years later they removed to Pukekolie Hill, where they resided until the death of Mr. Goldsworthy in 1919. In following years she Resided in Auckland. The deceased lady, who was a staunch supporter of the Methodist Church, is survived by a family of three, Mr. James Goldsworthy (Devonport), Mr. Stanley Goldsworthy and Mrs. J. Crookes (Onehunga).
