BYCROFT AND COY. EIGHT PER CENT DIVIDEND Mr. Josiah Laurie was re-elected a director at to-day’s annual meeting in Auckland of Bycroft and Coy., Ltd. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The directors’ recommendation to pay an 8 per cent, dividend was confirmed. A vote of confidence in the directors was carried on the motion of Mr. G. H. White. Mr. Charles Rhodes, who presided, replying, said that stocks in the last balance-sheet had been valued on a most conservative basis to allow for possible fluctuations. Mr. J.
