EARL’S BROTHER DIES By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Saturday. The Earl of Malmesbury has an-, nounced that his twin brother, Mr. Alexander Charles Harris, aged 54, has died in France in tragic circumstances. Mr. Harris failed to surrender to his bail to answer serious allegations which had been made in a London police court. A warrant was issued for his arrest, but the extradition laws did not apply to the offence with which he was charged.—-A. and N.Z.-Sua.
