CRUELTY TO HORSE
YOUNG INDIAN CHARGED Chitta Pama, a young and very small spoke softly and almost inaudibly to the Bench when he was charged in the Police Court this morning with working a horse with sore shoulders. “He says he didn’t hurt the horse,” Senior-Sergeant Edwards explained. The case was adjourned to May 27.
