COLERIDGE POWER
ALL RECORDS ECLIPSED CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. All previous record loads at Lake Coleridge power station were eclipsed on Tuesdav. In the hour before noon on that duv Coleridge carried 18,600 k.vv., and Addington sub-station 14,200 k.w. The steady increase of consumption leading to the record load this month conforms with a prediction made some little time ago to a "Sun” man by Mr R. G. Mac Gibbon, engineer in charge of the Coleridge scheaie.
