Four Stumps The result of an experiment to brighten cricket by using wickets of four, instead of three, stumps, played at Johannesburg under the auspices of the Wanderers C.C., is decidedly interesting. The batsmen, for the most part, declared that, soon after starting their innings, they forgot all about the extra stump, though a few
