“NOTHING FOR IT”
THREE MONTHS FOR VAGRANT WANTS A CLEAN-UP “There’s nothing for it —three months,” said Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., this morning when Charles Larsen, a Dane, aged SS. appeared on his second charge of being idle and disorderly within the last three months. Senior-Sergeant Edwards said that Larsen had done no work for seven months. He had stayed six weeks at the Salvation Army Home. At the present time he wanted a clean up. He had been found wandering in Queen Street last night. Last time he appeared in court he was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence.
Larsen’s wanderings have now ended for at least three months.
