A charge of dangeous driving was withdrawn. .3 It was stated that defendant a girl over and injured her. he had met with another accio which confined him to the hospital The magistrate told Brown h®_ lucky not to be charged with J 1 * slaughter. He could not suspend licence on the present charge, but the other one not been withdraw certainly would have done so. . f j. Defendant would be fined i- 3 * costs. „
