Ferguson, of Victoria Avenue, Remuera. * * * Miss Susan Fergusson. who has been spending a holiday with Mrs. Bell, at Shag Valley, has returned to Christchurch and is now the guest of Mrs. Algar Williams, of Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Mill left by the Aorangi to-day for Honolulu, en route for England. * • * Mrs. Ernest Davis returned to Auckland by the Aorangi after visiting Melbourne. Mrs. W. E. "Wise has returned to Auckland after a visit spent in the South. * * * At Burley, Hampshire, on March 10, the death occurred of Mary Caroline Louisa, wife of Captain J. G. Boulton, R.N., and eldest daughter of the late Dr. Charles Knight, formerly AuditorGeneral of New Zealand. Mrs. Boulton was in her Slst year. * * * Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Hutchison, of Auckland, who have been on a six months’ tour in the East, returned by the Aorangi yesterday. * * * Mr. and Mrs. ,W. 11. Angel, of Rochester, New York, U.S.A., are guests at the Royal Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Lomax, of Sydney, are at the Central Ho.tel. Mr. and Mrs. J. Mackie, are Calcutta visitors to New Zealand. Silk and her son, of Wanganui, are' among the guests at the Hotel Cargen. Mrs. James Bell -and her two children, of Wellington, are at the Hotel i Cargen. * * Dr. and Mrs. C. V. Anderson, o.f Sydney, are guests at the Hotel Cargen. Colonel and Mrs. Morsliead, of Sydney, are visiting Auckland and are at the Hotel Cargen. * * * Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Evans are Adelaide visitors to Auckland and are at the Central Hotel. * * * Mrs. Matthews, of Invercargill, is spending a holiday in Auckland and is staying at the Central Hotel. Mrs. A. Stockdale and Miss M. Bull, of Matamata, are among the guests at the Commercial Hotel. * * * Mrs. Alison, wife of the Hoh. E. W. Alison, M.L.C., of Auckland, owing to her recent accident in Sydney, was unable to accompany her husband on the Aorangi. Mrs. Alison and her daughter will return to Auckland in about a month’s time.
