MANGERE AFFAIR SUBSTANTIAL TERMS Before his Honour Mr. Justice Herdman at the Supreme Court this morning. Roy Morrison and Lawrence Nacey, who had been convicted on a charge of robbery with violence at Mangere, were sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour for three years and 2i years respectively. In reference to Nacey “it was stated that he had no previous convictions.
