TOWN BOARD NOTICES IHE PAPATOETOE TOWN BOARD Notice of SPECIAL ORDER in exercise of the powers conferred by “The Town Boards Act, 1908,” and its amendments and of every other power enabling the Town Board so to do. Public notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Papatoetoe Town Board will be held at the Town Hall, Papatoetoe, on TUESDAY, May 31, 1927, at 7 p.m., for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, confirming a resolution passed at a Special Meeting of the Board, held at the Papatoetoe Town Hall, Thursday. April 2S, 1927, to make a By-law prohibiting except under special circumstances, the driving of loose cattle along the Great South Road in the Papatoetoe Town District, and also By-laws relating to the control of traffic and building regulations and fees.
A Copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited at the Office of the Board, Shirley Road, Papatoetoe, and is open to the inspection of the Public during office hours, in the month of May, 1927.
