PASSENGER SEAPLANE. The Norddeutscher Lloyd announces that arrangements are being made for a seaplane to be carried on board its steamer, the Lutzow, which is to make four holiday voyages in the Mediterranean during the spring and summer. It is proposed that passengers on these “luxury tours” should be able to enjoy coastal flights whenever suitable opportunities occur. _—
