Started On Crime Career.—A youth, Lawrence Desmond Tanner. whose licence from the Weraroa Training Farm has just expired, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court, Eketahuna, this morning to breaking and entering the house of G. F. Jaspers, a farmer, where he previously was- employed, and stealing money, etc., to the value of £l6 16s 6d. He was committed to the Wellington Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was not applied for.
