PUPUKE LADIES’ CLUB Members of the Pupuke Ladies’ Golf Club played an L.G.U. medal match at the Pupuke links yesterday. The best cards handed m were: Mrs. Rutherford, 104—34—73; Miss Alma O’Neil, 102—24 78. The C grade match was won by Mrs. Curtis. Mrs. Spiller, Miss B. O’Neil, Miss Alma O’Neil, Miss G. McDonald and Mrs. Foote tied in the approaching and putting competition with scores of 22. The match will be decided next Wednesday. OTAHUHU CLUB The Otahuhu Golf Club will open the season to-morrow with mixed foursomes. I layers may choose their own partners and opponents will be drawn. Post entries will be received. WAITEMATA GOLF CLUB Members of the Waitemata Golf Club will play a medal match, bogey play, tomorrow. The draw will be made on the links at 1.30.
