Calcutta Linseed Values. —The Department of Agriculture advises receipt of a cable from Calcutta to the effect that linseed is quoted at £IG 12s 6d a ton net. c. and f. Sydney, for immediate shipment. The market is steady.
Auckland Provincial Industrial Association Finances The statement of accounts to be presented to the 40th annual general meeting of the Auckland Provincial Industrial Association show s receipts for the year, including brought forward of *.384 14s 6d, amounted to £2,774 3s 4d. The expenditure was £1,164 18s and the sum of £1.500 was invested in Auckland City Council Debentures leaving a balance of £lO9 os 4d to carry forward. The amount of the fund accumulated for the purpose of securing an exhibition site and buildings now totals £3,500.
