MAN’S SUDDEN DEATH

COLLAPSE ON PLATFORM A GOVERNMENT OFFICER Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. The death occurred suddenly yesterday of Mr. John Herbertson, late chi*i£ mechanical engineer of the mental hospital and Public Health Department aged 67 years Mr. Herbertson had left the mental pospital to catch the one o’clock train at Porirua, when he collapsed on the railway platform. He was removed to his home, but died at four o’clock. He had been a long time in the service, and was greatly esteemed. Mr. Herbertson leaves a widow, two sons and a daugli ter.
