RETIRING MAGISTRATE

MR. R. W. DYER, OF NAPIER

Press Association NAPIER, Tuesday. Mr. R. W. Dyer, S.M., is to retire at the end of this month on superannuation. Mr. Dyer joined the Government service in 1904, when he was appointed district registrar at Invercargill. The following year he became relieving magistrate for North Canterbury, and later assistant magistrate in Auckland for four years. In 1909 he was transferred to Rotorua, and in 1018 he came to Napier.
