MINISTER OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MANDATE ADMINISTRATION WELLINGTON, Monday. On May 21 the Minister for External Affairs, Mr. W. Nosworthy, will leave Auckland for Samoa, where he will inquire into the administration of the mandated territory controlled by the New Zealand Government. This trip is in pursuance of Mr. Nosworthy’s promise during last session that before the coming session he would visit Samoa and make himself familiar with the domestic affairs of the Administration. The Minister will probably return to New Zealand just prior to the beginning of the session.
