“SUMMER BACHELORS”

WARNER FABIAN’S LATEST New York, popular summer resort of a million summer bachelors, is the setting of the screen version of Warner Fabian’s latest best seller, “Summer Bachelors,” which was produced for Fox Films. Madge Bellamy j*lays the role of the audacious Derry Thomas, who specialises in understanding the summer bachelor—that distinct variety of misunderstood husband looking for someone to understand him during his wife’s vacation. Allan Forrest plays the leading role opposite her. Among the summer bachelors are Matt Moore, Hale Hamilton, Charles Winninger and Walter Catlett. Olive Tell plays the part-time wife of Winninger, Clifford Holland and Leila Hyams portray the secondary leads. Fifth Avenue, Riverside Drive, and Long Island Sound country house-parties are a few of the gettings of “Summer Bachelors.”
