LIBRARY CONCERTS

REMUERA TO NIGHT The Remuera library course will be opened to-night with a concert arranged by Mr. Frank Adeane, secretary. Competitions Society. The programme will be largely provided by the successful competitors of last year’s competitions. The extent and variety of the programme can he gauged from the names of the artistes, which include Miss Alma McGruer, Miss Ina Thomson, Miss Phyllis Mobberley, Miss Audrey Perry, Miss Isabelle Brook, Miss Gweneth MacNaughton, Mr. Arthur Reid, Mr. Culford Bell, Mr. Frank Adeane, and Mr. John Tait’s Madrigal Choir. Tickets for the course are on sale at all city libraries and Queen Street bookshops.
