TRAM CONCESSION CARDS Although the new tram and omnibus rates came into operation this morning only one of the new concession cards was reported to be available at the various depots selling the tickets. The one available was the four-section card, which has been increased from 3s 3d to 3s 9d. The position had been largely remedied early this afternoon when the tram tickets were available, the special tickets on some of the tramway buses being the only ones then missing.
