GOVERNORS APPOINTED THREE CHANGES By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright (.British Official Wireless .) RUGBY, Saturday. Sir Alexander Ransford Slater, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Sierra Leone, hac been appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Gold Coast, in succession to Briga dier-General Sir Frederick Buggisberg, whose term of office is about to expire. Brigadier-General Sir Joseph Aloysius Byrne, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Seychelles, has been appointed Governor and Commander in-Chief of Sierra Leone.- —A. and N.Z.
