PLUNKET SOCIETY
The seventh annual meeting of the Te Awamutu branch of the Plunket Society was held on Thursday afternoon. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mrs. H. de L. Peake (re-elected); vice-presidents, Mesdames J. W. Civil, W. G. Macky Bluck, H. Y. Collins, L. G. Armstrong and G. S. Clarke; joint secretaries, Mesdames H. A. Swarbrick and A. A. Reese; treasurer, Mr. L. J. Whittington (re-elected); committee, Mesdames J- F Brooks, H. F. Onion, Mathews, W. H. Wood, J. Oliphant, W. Locke, A. H. Storey, J. W. McCarroll, S. A Empson, A. A. Chittenden, J. C. Montefiore, Glasgow and C. F. Battson.
