Traffic By-laws.—A special meeting of the Papatoetoe Town Board was held on Thursday, April 28. Present: Mr A. W. Hall (chairman), Messrs. G. Foster, E. Sorensen. P. Pennell. J Franklin, W Brown and W J Nicholson The business transacted was the passing of by-laws for the control of traffic in the town board area.
