RETURNING TO PALESTINE
INFLUX OF JEWS It is announced by the Colonial Office that 13,056 Jews—s,932 men, 4,580 women, and 2,544 children—entered Palestine as immigrants during the twelve months ended December 31, 1926. During the same period 7,340 Jews emigrated from Palestine, so that the net increase of the Jewish population by immigration was 5,716.
