Obscene Language Charge.—For using obscene language within the hearing of passers-by in Victoria Park, William Wynn was fined £5, with an alternative of one month’s imprisonment, in the Police Court this morning. Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., refused .to suppress his name.
