PAID BY LOAN AND MERCANTILE Press Associatio7i WELLINGTON, To-day. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company has received a cable from head office in London, stating that an interim dividend has been declared at the rate of 2£ per cent, on preference stock, and 3 per cent, on ordinary stock, both less the English income tax.
