“BRASS HATS” AT TAKAPUNA Staff officers from all parts of New Zealand assembled at Takapuna today for an annual refresher course. Only the exalted are gathered for the occasion, as none below the rank of major is in attendance. Major-General Young, officer commanding the New Zealand Forces, will be in charge.
