He states that he is deeply interested and so were the Cabinet, who were glad to hear that tne Imperial Conference discussions had been so speedily followed up. He and his colleagues warmly appreciate the proposed increase 0 f New Zealand’s share in the upkeep of the navy.—A. and N.Z.
