VAGRANTS DEALT WITH
MAN AND WOMAN Ellen Hawthorne, aged 45. who appeared in the Police Court this morning for sentence on a charge of being idle and disorderly, was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called on, on condition that she reported to the probation officer. Major Annie Gordon. John O’Shea, 24. whose presence in the court was attributed to the same charge, expressed his willingness to go back to Wellington, and as the police have the money in hand for his fare. Mr. F. K. Hunt. S.M., dealt with him in the same way.
