TRACTOR DEFINED
NOT A VEHICLE FOR REGISTRATION PURPOSES (From Our Oven Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. Mr. Wyvera Wilson, S.M.. declared to-day that a Fordson tractor, when attached to an agricultural implement, was not a registerable or licensable vehicle. He gave this decision in dismissing a charge against Leslie Adams for driving a tractor without a licence.
