WAIKATO HUNT CLUB

ANNUAL MEETING (From Our Oicn Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. The annual meeting of the Waikato Hunt Club was held last evening, the master, Mr. Winn Brown, presiding. The report showed that the past year had been a very successful one, both from a hunting viewpoint and financially. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £344 13s 2d, with £SOO on fixed deposit, the surplus assets over expenditure and liabilities amounting to £6,620 0s 9d. The race meeting account showed a profit of £1,319 10s 7d. The ballot for four members on the committee resulted in the following being elected:—Messrs. R. H. Townsend, Jas. Taylor, M. Wells and H. S. Wyatt. .
