TO SPELL
For interference with Cjmabue in the All-Aged Stakes on Saturday, W. S. Bagby, rider of In the Shade, was suspended for two months. Before a decision had been arrived at on this charge, interference in the seventh race (he was on the winner, Aussie) was alleged, but this complaint was dismissed.
