Annual meetings of Householders for the election of School Committees will be held on MONDAY, May 16, at 7.30 p.m., in all those duly constituted school districts in which householders failed to elect Committees on April 13, with the exception of those in which Commissioners were appointed last year. In such cases, the Board has re-appointed Commissioners. . , w The Board has also resolved that fresh meetings of householders for the election of School Committees shall be held on May 16. for the Henderson, Netherton and Whakapirau School Districts. The election at Netlierton will be held at the Public Hall. In all other cases, the elections will be held at the MAIN SCHOOL of the respective school districts. NOMINATIONS. Nominations must reach the Chairmen of the respective School Committees not later than 8 p.m. on MONDAY, May 9, provided that in cases where the yearly average attendance of the school or schools situated in a School District does NOT exceed 240, nominations may also be made at the annual meeting. Nomination forms may be obtained from Chairmen of School Committees or from the Office of the Board.
