COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Port Denison arrived at Lyttelton this morning from Wellington. The Hertford reached Lyttelton at 6.50 a.m. to-day from New Plymouth, and leaves on Tuesday for Timaru. The Wainui left Gisborne at 7 o’clock this morning for Auckland and arrives here to-morrow. She sails again at 5 p.m. on Tuesday for Napier, via Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Kurow cleared Bluff at 0.30 a.m. to-day for Auckland, via Port Craig, Wellington and Picton. She is due here about Sunday week. The Wingatui left Dunedin at 10 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, via ports, and is due here at the end of next week. The Kaimanawa arrives at 4 p.m. to-day from Westport and after discharge returns to that port to load again. The Kamona leaves here at 5 p.m. to-day for Westport, where she loads on Tuesday next for Auckland. The Kartigi loads at Greymouth on Tuesday next for Napier and Auckland. She will complete loading at Westport. The Kaponga loads at Westport about Friday next for Auckland. The Karori left Greymouth at 2 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, and is due here on Tuesday. The Katoa leaves Lyttelton for Auckland direct and after discharge proceeds to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru about Thursday next. The Kaiwaka was to sail at 10 a.m. to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Kanna sails at noon to-day for Wellington, Westport and Greymouth. The Kittawa is expected to leave New Plymouth at 6 p.m. to-day for Auckland and after discharge here proceeds to Portland, Wellington and Lyttelton. The Somerset leaves Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for Napier to lift further Homeward cargo. The Hurunui to lift further cargo for Home clears Aucklana early to-mor-row morning for Gisborne. The Queen Maud is expected to leave Auckland on Wednesday for Wellington. The Northumberland clears Auckland early on Thursday next for Tokomaru Bay to continue her loading. The Taniwha sails for Surfdale and Ostend at 1.45 p.m. to-day, and is due back at 6.30 o’clock to-night. The Kawau leaves at 1.45 p.m. today for Omiha, Awaroa Bay, Orapiu and Cowes Bay, and is due back at 7 p.m. on Monday. The Hauiti arrives from Coromandel at 3.30 p.m. to-day, and sails on Monday at 10 a.m. for Surfdale, Ostend and Omiha, returning the same day at 6.30 p.m. The Rangitoto leaves for Kawau at 9.45 a.m. to-morrow, returns on Sunday at 7 p.m., and sails again on Monday at 9.45 a.m. for the same destination. The Claymore sails for Whangarei at 10 p.m. to-morrow and returns 'on Tuesday at 3.30 a.m. The Omana leaves at 9.45 a.m. tomorrow for\ Arkle’s Bay and Manly, and returns the same day at 6.30 p.m. The Taniwha departs at 4 p.m. tomorrow for Paeroa and returns on Monday at 9 p.m. The Waipu leaves at 9.45 a.m. tomorrow for Surfdale, Ostend and Omiha, and returns at 6.30 o’clock the same evening. The Waiotahi sails at midnight on Sunday for Mercury Bay, Tairua, and Whangamata. The Omana is scheduled to sail for Brown’s Bay, Arkle’s Bay, Manly, Deep Creek, and Silverdale at 7.30 a.m. on Monday, returning at 3.30 p.m. the same day. The Rangitoto sails for Kawau at at 9.45 on Monday, returns at 7 o’clock in the evening, and sails an hour later for Thames. The Matangi is dues from Tauranga at 7 a.m. to-morrow and sails again for the same destination at 7 p.m. on Monday. The Mako is due to-night from East Coast ports and will sail again on Tuesday next foy Napier and East Coast bays. The Awahou left last night for Gisborne and Tokomaru Bay, and is due back next Wednesday, sailing again the following day.
