Willie’s reading lesson was about ships. He came to a word he could not pronounce. “Barque,” prompted the. teacher. Willie looked at his classmates and laughed. “Barque!” exclaimed the teacher harshly. Willie, looking up at his teacher: “Bow-wow!”
