CURE FOR ANAEMIA
NEW AMERICAN SERUM By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright NEW YORK, Wednesday. Leading medical authorities are hopeful that anaemia has been practically conquered by a new cure, which consists of a serum extract of beef and liver. Experiments which have been conducted for several years have resulted in the successful treatment of 90 out of 109 patients. It is expected that the serum will soon be distributed under the same conditions as apply to insulin.—Sun.
