£3OOO TO ELDERLY MAN FORMER N.Z. RESIDENT (From Our Own Correspondent.) Reed. 8 a.m. Bakersfield, Calif., Wednesday. John Wilson, senior, 75, a resident of Australia who left his family in England in 1888 and emigrated to New Zealand, receives £3,000 under a court decision awarding him the estate of his son John Wilson, who died at Oildale, California, in 1924. Four cousins in England had demanded the estate as next of kin. —£.. and N.Z.
