Wants a Judge and Jury. —Alick Wafd elected to be tried by a judge and jury on charges of stealing £2 12s belonging to Peter Demetrie and with assaulting Demetrie, when he appeared in teh Police Court this morning. He was remanded till next Tuesday, when the evidence will be taken.
