WINTER COURSE FOR N.C.O.’s A course of winter lectures under the control of the Non-Commissioned Oincers’ Club of the No. 1 Regimental District will commence to-morrow evening in the club rooms at the Drill Hai» Colonel H. R. Potter, commandant or the Northern Command, will speak on India, and lantern views will be usea with the lecture. All non-commi - sioned officers are required to attend* Some interesting subjects have bee prepared for the course of tectur • and these will be given by officers have in many cases made life of the topics on which they will sp ' ' Although the lectures hold more military interest, the subjects t dealt with should play an impor part in increasing the efficiency non-commissioned officers in the torial forces.
