THREE-DAY FLIGHT TO POLE
DR. NANSEN’S PLANS By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright MOSCOW, Monday. The famous Arctic explorer, Dr. Fritdjof Nansen, with the aid of Russian scientists, is preparing to make a three days’ Polar flight in a dirigible. He proposes to fly from Leningrad to Murmansk, on the north-eastern coast of Lapland, and due north of Leningrad, thence across the North Pole to Alaska, and back along the Siberian coast. —A. and N.Z.
