Two prisoners made a break from •Faparua Prison yesterday afternoon under cover of smoke and excitement caused by a gras fire which threatened J* 16 plantation on the prison estate. t'n man> Raymond Witting, aged 35, is s till at large. The other, named Clemenger, was recaptured at Sockburn by a force of police from Christchurch Central Station.
