FIVE INJURED WHEN CAR SOMERSAULTS

MACHINE WRECKED (From Our Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, To-day. Through a motor-car skidding and somersaulting in loose metal, five people were injured near Te Puke late on Saturday afternoon. They were: Mr. David Cambie, of Tauranga, several broken ribs and injuries to chest. Mrs. Cambie, broken rib and injuries to one shoulder. Mr. R. Grey, arm injured. Mr. A. Findlay, broken nose, injured knee. Mr. D. K. Cambie, light head injuries. Mr. Cambie was driving to Whakatarte. When the car overturned he was pinned under the driving wheel, but the others were thrown clear. The car skidded for about two chains and was completely wrecked.
