BURGLARS BUSY

A HOME RAIDED EVERY ROOM RANSACKED During Thursday night burglars ransacked the home of Mrs. Mary Nicholl, Allandale Road, ML Albert. Several articles of jewellery are missing, but until Mrs. Nichoil has taken stock of her property she will not know exactly what has been taken. The owner left on Thursday for a holiday. A friend called yesterday afternoon to pick some flowers from the garden. She noticed piles of clothes lying on the floor, so she informed the police and Mrs. Nicholl, who returned to-day. The whole house had been ransacked and clothing and articles were found in heaps on the floor of each room. Evidently the intruders were in search of money.
