HEAVY FIRE DAMAGE
ELEVEN MOTORS BURNED A GISBORNE BLAZE Press Association. GISBORNE, To-day. Nine motor-cars, a lorry and a small passenger-bus were destroyed this morning in a fire which made a clean sweep of an oTd store in Grey Street owned by the Tucker estate. The building was leased by Wilkinson’s Garage. The cars destroyed had been left in their c»re by various owners.
