GIRL GUIDES’ CORNER

THEIR SOLE COPYRIGHT Redfeather has had many interesting letters from Guide Braves recently and la pleased to see that you are taking such an active interest in the Wigwam. One and all of you are warm in your praises of this Of en-Air page, and glad that a separate corner has been set aside for your very own. I should like you to know that you have the sole copyright of this corner and that in it I shall be glad to publish your letters on the movement that you all ha\e so much at heart. Even the wee Brownies write to me and tell me of their ambitions and what loyal Guides they are going to be when they hive reached the membership age. When that time comes they will also be able to meet the Chiefs and Braves, “under the TotemPole.” It is a great pleasure to receive letters such as these, from which I shall take a few extracts: “I must say 1 think the Wigwam awfully interesting. Two of my best Guide chums have already joined and we are all most enthusiastic about it. We are all entering essays for the competition as v e have been to several jolly Guide camps and know how r •plendid they ar<.” And this from a Second Patrol leader: “Every week since THE SUN has been published I have been a constant •nd delighted reader of the Wigwam page. I think this page is just splendid and I sincerely hope that it will always be the bi? success it has been since its first publication. I am 15 years of age, and also a member of the Troop of Girl Guides. I have been a Guide in :his company since it was first formed over three years ago and am now a Second Patrol leader. “We Guides are all a happy sisterhood and you cm fairly well guess what a pleasant surprise your ‘Openair Page’ was tc us all. ...” It is a very graiifying business meeting these friendly young members of the great Sisterhood “Under the Totem-Pole,” and offering them the hand of goodfellc wship at the door of our spacious and increasingly popular Wigwam. —REDFEATHER.
